If our services are not covered through your health insurance, we will provide you with a receipt and superbill. You can then submit this to your insurance carrier for reimbursement as per your out of network they may reimburse you in accordance with your health insurance policy.

*Please note: It is your responsibility to check with your health insurance carrier to learn what services are covered as well as what your out of pocket cost will be. This includes coverage for telehealth appointments. Our payment policy will be provided prior to your first appointment.
